We will begin with a free virtual discovery call to determine how I can help you move forward in your health. If you decide to work with me, you will choose a coaching program to fit your needs and complete a well-being assessment to tell me about your current state of health and your hopes for where you’d like to go. At each session, I will create the structure for you to generate visions and goals for your well-being, utilize your motivations and resources, and become aware of solutions. We will discover successes, refine solutions as your life changes, and empower you to build small wins into a transformative new life path.

10 Week Program

$400/mo for 3 months

Reach a joyful state of health and wellness by defining your dreams and goals, tapping into your resources, widening your options, and discovering successes along your transformative new life path. Explore new solutions for your food and exercise routines, sleep patterns, stress and time management habits, or anything else that will support your healthiest and happiest self. We will meet virtually every week for 10 sessions: the first session is 90 minutes and follow-up sessions are 50 minutes. I will provide summary notes after each session, and email or text support between sessions.

4 Week Program

$520

Find new perspective on 1-2 areas of your health and wellness, such as food routines, exercise habits, or stress management techniques. Define your dreams and goals, tap into your resources, widen your options, and discover successes along your clearer new life path. We will meet virtually every week for 4 sessions: the first session is 90 minutes and follow-up sessions are 50 minutes. I will provide summary notes after each session, and email or text support between sessions.

$460

These weekly virtual 50 minute sessions are for clients who have completed a 4 or 10 week program. We will refresh your commitment and refine your solutions to stay steady on your new wellness path. I will provide summary notes after each session, and email or text support between sessions.
